Mohamed El Beily brings over 18 years of experience in banking, business management, and strategic development, having held leadership roles within leading financial institutions. Today, he leads the strategic vision of Jara Communities, driving growth, investment decisions, and development strategies, with a clear focus on delivering high-quality projects that create long-term value. In 2013, he founded Jara Developments, leading a successful expansion across residential, commercial, and integrated community projects in key locations across Egypt. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (English Section) from Cairo University, along with advanced professional certifications, including an MBA, Mini MBA, and a Diploma in Strategic Management.
Bahaa El Beily brings over 20 years of experience in financial management, investment analysis, and risk management across Egypt and the GCC, with a strong background in financial structuring, liquidity management, and long-term planning. He has played a key role in developing and overseeing financial systems for investment-driven entities, focusing on optimizing performance, maximizing returns, and ensuring sustainable growth. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce from Cairo University, along with advanced certifications including a CFO program, a Diploma in Financial Analysis & Investment Management, and training in Corporate Finance and Risk Management.At Jara Communities, he leads the company’s financial and executive operations, including financial planning, investment structuring, and cash flow management, ensuring strong and sustainable project performance.
Eng. Ahmed Abdel Tawab is a graduate of the Faculty of Engineering, Fayoum University, with strong hands-on experience in construction execution and site supervision. He has contributed to several governmental and national projects, building extensive expertise in managing construction sites and ensuring the highest quality standards. He holds several professional certifications, including PMP, Construction Project Management Diploma, Quality Control & Site Supervision, OSHA, and AutoCAD Professional Certificate. Since joining Jara Developments in 2015, he has played a key role in overseeing project execution and monitoring all construction phases, ensuring full compliance with design specifications, technical standards, and project timelines. He also brings regional experience from projects in Saudi Arabia, particularly in Riyadh, which enhanced his understanding of international construction practices and modern project management approaches. At Jara Communities, he bridges design intent with on-site execution, ensuring precision, quality, and operational efficiency across all projects.
